題名からややこしい単語が多いです。やはり記事からして
そういった英語を選ぶのでしょうか？allegedは事件とかの
記事を見ていると良く出てくる単語です。
sackはナップサックのような入れ物という名詞が主な意味で
動詞でも（袋に入れる）といった意味で使いますが
首にするといった意味もあるようです。
自分はsackingがかなり下手です（どうでもいい話ですが…）

Major entertainment conglomerate Yoshimoto Kogyo Co. said Tuesday it discontinued the same day a contract with Keiichi Yamamoto, a member of the “Gokuraku Tombo” (Happy-Go-Lucky) comic duo, for engaging in a sexual act with a minor in Hokkaido on Sunday.

conglomerate=複合企業・集合体
ここでのminorは未成年か一般人という意味で使われているもようですね。
しかし極楽トンボに対して（Happy-Go-Lucky）と書いてますが
これは意味を対訳したつもりなのだろうか？それとも海外でこの名前を
使ったのか謎ですが、よく分かりませんね[:楽しい:]

Yamamoto, 38, drank alcohol and engaged in a sexual act with a minor, the Osaka-based company said in a statement. It would not reveal details, however, on the grounds that doing so would constitute a violation of the minor’s privacy.

constitute=構成する
未成年（一般人かな？）のプライバシー侵害になるため
詳細は明らかにされていないと言った内容です。

しかし、性に関する事件って見れば見るほど情けなく感じますね…
